Make sure cookies are enabled if trying to access chat. You'll need to install the Chat software, and log in when doing so. I'll be happy to send you the steps to install the software, or to clear your cookies and possibly all temporary internet files, if necessary.

When you try to access the chat room, what exactly happens? What do you see? A blank screen? Error message?

Let me know and I'll see what I can do :)
