Pitt/Bay Point Station Pick up and Drop off

My biggest rant about BART right now concerns the pick up drop off (pu/do) at Pittsburg BART. on the eastside of the station there is one narrow inlet to get to the pu/do. I don't understand for the life of me, what part of someone's common sense would allow them to think it is OK to block the ENTIRE entrance to the pu/do with their Oldsmobile scraper while someone folds out of their vehicle and collect their items and kisses off. My wife was guilt of this and I had to tell her proceed towards the end of the lot to the first opening and park or double park (temporarily >30 seconds) to the right leaving space for a car to pass. I don't mind walking a little further to keep the flow of traffic going This causes a huge back up. Other times- NASCAR dad drops off his passengers and makes a u-turn (over double yellow)in his souped up Chevy Suburban nearly hitting other cars then guns around the curve down the hill. I mean it is hilarious there in the evening and I am surprised that BPD doesn't station someone at that pu/do... talk about tickets galore. Someone's going to get hurt either by a vehicle or an altercation.
