Whats the point?
Back Story:
19st Station Railway walls were painted a few months ago with blue in the top section. Looks like they hired some painters to finish the job up and paint the lower section white to match. Only problem is, they (bart) hired idiot painters who ghosted white all over the blue.
What is the point now? Are they going to redo the blue again?
Why were idiots hired to paint in the first place?
They Blue and White combo looks very nice and spruces up our failing/ugly Rapid Transit System. But now, it doesn't look any better. Just pure shoddy.

I believe they are trying to whitewash the walls and start over. Someone graffitied up down there a while ago which led to the first... err, painting experiment... which was a flop.
