then board the train; you suck. first you throw your bottle spilling its contents all over the platform, then you walk over to where the first car on the 10 car train or by the handicapped elevator and pee for three minutes. you make sick. i wished the train operator would have done something.

Who did you report this to,

Who did you report this to, besides this board?

Because his buddy was

Because his buddy was yelling at him to "hurry up john." TO saw him too and didn't care. h'mmm yourself jerk.

Again, who did you report

Again, who did you report this to, besides this board? The operator might have called it in - you don't know. If you had also reported it, that could have made a difference.

Most operators worth their salt will report people using the platform as a bathroom. After all, how would that patron feel if a BART employee used *their* workplace as a urinal?

Not only do we report people

Not only do we report people who use BART as a urinal but we also C.A. them. (citizen arrest). Like you should have done. Ive made at least 70 arrests for this while at BART. Not once have I been called in to be a witness. Get a discription and report it to the train operator. Let the operator know everything about the person. Operators have to report any and all reports to Central Command which then they have to report to Bart Police. (If they dont they could lose their job, thats the rules)

Whether or not BART Police

Whether or not BART Police dispatch relays the information to the Officers, however, is another issue entirely. Obviously, Dispatchers need to weed out the unnecessary calls and bogus stuff, but sometimes the Dispatchers won't pass on critical information to the Officers. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man who had called in a crime/violation and the dispatcher apparently blew it off and/or didn't notify the Officers.

But I second that, nightrider, I doubt this guy has a job. This is so out of it, I'm sure he must be joking?
