WHats Linton Johnson background, why is he paid so much?

How did he get this job? Do he have relatives at BART? I don't even think he's a college grad, he's very young (30?), and didn't have no real work experience. He look like he just walked into this job.

It says he used to be on TV but I've never seen him before he joined BART. It certainly sounds like he's happy at BART though. And his base salary is around $300k, making him one of the highest paid state employees.

HOnestly, do I want my tax dollars going to his high salary? No. If it means no Linton or no spokesman, I'll survive w/o if I can save a few tax bucks. Don't you agree?

Where did you come up with this $300K salary figure? He does not make more than the General Manager of BART, who makes $220K.

Also, he is well qualified for the job, which is more than just being a spokesman, as posted in the other thread about him.

Anywho, he was hired because like it or not, he does have experience, expertise, and he is pretty cute (the good ones are always gay, eh?).

No, he's not related to Ms Fannie (I can see that one coming) and no he didn't hook up with any of her relatives either. I don't think. Hmm.

But is he worth $300k a year?

I think not.

That is a bunch 'o schekles.

I wonder how his salary compares to other TRANSIT agencies.
Both local, no real good comparisons though, and nationwide.
