Bart is NOT efficient - hurts worker's productivity

During !RUSH HOUR!, you will see 3 barts running away from the city before you see one that goes into the city. This is completely unacceptable.

The bart that finally goes into the city is 20 minutes late, and it's filled to the brim with people trying to get to work.

If the Bay Area doesn't want to deal with Los Angeles' traffic problems and reputation for being dysfunctional - this problem really needs to be addressed.

This doesn't apply to the issue that "San Mateo doesn't want Barts to run through it" because they're going south through San Mateo to get to the airport. Not in the direction that we all need to go.

And the Maintennance problems should not be an excuse. The money made with the overpriced parking and riding tickets should be enough to eliminate the maintennance problems. We're not here to find blame with the workers, we really need to have the problem fixed. I'd rather not add to the traffic congestion, but I may need to in order to be reliable to my employer.
