about a year ago, there was a pile of poo near a wall on the very top level of the walnut creek station. no joke. I am guessing it had to be human, because what the heck would a large dog be doing 4 1/2 stories up a parking garage, and how would the dog "squat" so close to the wall? the poo was there for at least a month.
other than the poo incident, which was pretty disgusting, walnut creek is usually pretty clean.
Last week I spotted a syringe at the Hayward parking lot.
It was near one of the posts in the handicap parking section (the area that was recently re-paved).
It was there for THREE day's in a row last week.
I will be there today and see if it is still there.
I know what your all gonna say...so save it.
The reason why I didn't mention it to the station agent is because......
I WAS TOO F'ng LAZY.
If it is still there today I will say something.
So, puhleeze stop rolling your eyes and brow beating me already!

I must admit that I am in total agreement with you.
I did feel that *TWANG* of guilt as I trotted my ass on up the stairway to the platform.
I'm an asshole.
I got it.
And, YES, again you are correct about the sweeper thing.
There is no way that they would be able to see the aforementioned syringe.

I saw one when I got out of my car at North Concord. Reported it because I found it disgusting to look at. It still there a good three weeks before someone picked it up which is why BART Police should not let people hang out in the lot because some of them are workers and some of them are doing drugs and then they rip off your car which causes all that broken "windshield" glass you see in the parking lot -- it is actually window glass. Those same people many of them litter while they are sitting there hanging out watching you leave your car to catch BART so they know it is ripe for the taking.

At night? Yea right, more like 9-12pm every 2nd and 4th Mondays and 9-12 on every 1st and 4th fridays, and 2-4 on Wednesdays.

people think I'm a drug user when I shoot up on the train. I guess it doesn't help when I notice someone watching I fake convultions.
