rockridge bart station parking lotsToday at Rockridge bart station parking both lots before 10am,i a permit holder and i can not find a parking space before 10am, i saw a bart light blue shirt officer white male did not give any tickets to all the peoples no permits,at rockridge station, today 5-7-07 the light blue shirt officer went to get coffee, instead issues tickets.I will call Jim Even and the sgt of bart police office. |

and since we're on the topic, the last word in your post should have been "to" not "too." although, you are not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition, so you should have written something like: "They have many english and ESL classes you can attend."

I got a parking ticket once
I got a parking ticket once from "M. Chui" for not paying the parking fee. When I saw the ticket on my car I was so upset because I actually did pay the parking fee and I had my receipt! Needless to say, I got the ticket dismissed. I guess the officer that wrote the ticket just wasted five minutes of their time because they didn't get the 30 dollar fine from me. I think they should be more careful about the tickets they write because it's a waste of everyone's time.
Not all CSO's are created
Not all CSO's are created equally. Try that at Walnut Creek Lafayette or Orinda and see, how fast you get a ticket! As a permit holder, you did the right thing by complaining to the higher ups! If you do not hold people accountable for their inaction, then nothing will change at BART!
As far as getting cited after you paid, CSO's make mistakes, they are human.
I have been parking at
I have been parking at Orinda for the past year. The BART cop that enforces out there is awesome. I always have a space to park in the Permit Area. She will ticket a dog if it parks in the lot...but who cares as long as the permit holders have a space to park. Kudos to BART Police for such strict parking enforcement.

I think you should get your
I think you should get your monthly fee back if this is happening. My understanding is that if you pay your monthly fee, you are guaranteed a spot. If Bart isn't towing these cars (not ticketing only), ask for your entire monthly fee back!
