Most of the time, it is completely full by 10:00 a.m. Sometimes there is only one or two spots left by 10:00 a.m. There never used to be a problem until a couple of months ago.

That wasn't the question MORON and yes there is a need for a mid-day lot because of all of the negative activity going on in the far lot late night making it unsafe for patrons.
