Parking fee concerns
I just moved to Daly City a few months ago and last Saturday was my first time on BART. I was in a hurry to see a friend in SF and just parked my car in the Colma parking structure. I was aware of the daily parking fees, but the BART website said that fees are required for parking between 4am to 3pm. Does this mean that it's pretty much free after 3pm?
When I back, I did not find any tickets on my car and just drove home. If i did break the rules, am i suppose to get a notice on my car about the violation?
