"Medical Emergency" seems synomous with hauling some drunkem homeless POS out of a station before they can do real damage. If it was a jumper we can take comfort in the fact that they won't do it again...

I hope none of you guys got stuck like I did tonight because some idiot (or as the TO called him "some nutjob") decided to run up and down the tracks between Pleasant Hill and Concord. Of course I was stuck at 12th Street and couldn't call my wife to tell her I was going to be late.
