The past few days, the so-called reserved parking has been full before 9am at the DP station. Anyone know whats up? Did they close off more of the parking lots? Guess its time to cancel my parking permit.

I noticed that Avalon partially fenced off a portion of the outside lot like a month ago, most likely to build more not needed apartments..
As for the permit parking lots being full, maybe the parking people stopped writing tickets or something.. I park in the permit lot early in the morning and return around noon, rarely see any parking tickets on any of the illegally parked cars..
Its weird because the parking lot has been fenced off for awhile now, but the garage "reserved" parking has only been full for the past couple of weeks. Agreed about the not-needed apartments. They will probably be section 8. And notice no businesses have ever moved into the ground-level storefronts. I liked it better as one big parking lot.
