Black man with filthy push cart & one of those little "tribal" African hats standing on inbound platform turns to face morning commuters heading to SF and then pulls out his dick for everyone to see and starts pissing in a trash can.

What was EXTRA disgusting is that MacArthur is one of the few bart stations that I think actually has a bathroom!!!!

dude was just too damn lazy to push his cart I guess.

He could have at least pissed off the side of the platform though. now some poor janitor has to clean his nasty piss off of everything.
