DONT SPIT SUNFLOWER SEEDS ON THE FLOOR when i got on the train to go home last night there wwere sunflower seed shells all over the damn floor!!! some jackass had obviously ate a whole pack and just spit the seeds on the floor where he was sitting. what kind of tool does something like that, and what kind of wimpy passengers don't call him out for that kind of nonsense??? even if you don't want to be confrontational you could at least go to the phone and alert the train operator. |

That's right up there with a KFC chicken platter with mash/gravy and corn on the cob. The seat was used as a placemat and napkin. Used contents wedged between seat and wall. Hands cleaned on seat despite napkin and wet wipe towel.

Bart Police will cite the
Bart Police will cite the person doing this IF you call the train operator and request BART Police. Just note the car number and a good descripton, move to another car and contact the T/O. If BPD is nearby, they will board and cite the individual. If they happen to have an outstanding warrent, then you have done the world a favor.

thanks for the info unfortunately that person had got off the train already before i got on but i will have to remember to do that next time. would it be better to call the TO or to call bart PD directly? i keep the bart PDs phone number in my phone at all times just in case.
