What is up with bart trains being so unreliable? Bart doesnt clean them and now nobody seems to maintaint it?

it took me TWO HOURS to get from el cerrito to embarcadero!!!!
why weren't bart employees warning people when they entered the stations???
i could have driven in less than half the time or taken the damn transbay bus!!

Evening commute is going to be bad as well:
NO Direct service from Fremont to San Francisco/Daly City. And trains are being run on manual between Powell and 16th street.
the fire had nothing to do
the fire had nothing to do with the Trains themselves, it damaged some of the way-side equipment, which caused the Automatic Train Control system to not work in a section of track, so the trains have to go through in Manual mode, which is limited to 25MPH.
