Gotta give credit where credit is due.

Serious delays and a train was taken out of service on my way to Berkeley a few nights ago. Coupled with a cold, crowded and cramped platform, things were pretty depressing. Especially after watching 2 more trains go by, totally packed.

Then next Richmond train ended up very squished. The TO did his best, though. He thanked us for our patience. Reminded us that it was happy hour. He also called out a passenger who kept sticking his head out the door. "To the gentleman who's sticking his head out the door, I don't know why you're doing that. There's nothing to see, unless you want to get your head chopped off." It was pretty funny. He also mentioned it'd be all downhill once the train got to Ashby. And it was.
