It's too bad BART was NOT up
It's too bad BART was NOT up and running before all the new developments beyond Pleasanton, Mountain House, Tracy, Lathrop were built. Probably would have saved the housing economy in the Central Valley big time. First things first! The Counties and the State of California should make the developers pay for BART.
