Props to the Attractive Very Helpful/Reasurring SA at Dublin BART Friday Night

It was around 9pm on Friday night as I attempted to exit the D/P station when I realized that my ticket had been demagnatized by my cell phone. I was naturally upset because it was one of these high value tickets with a lot of money left. I cautiously approached the SA booth and to my surprise, instead of being confronted by the usual burly, surly, grumpy intimidating african american SA lady I usually see there, I am welcomed by a soothing "good evening sir, how may I help you?" from a very attractive and friendly female SA. I told her about my card demagnitized with still a large balance left on it. Thinking she would tell me what a shithead I was and make the rest of my Friday night lousy like the burly surly SA I usually see there, I was more than pleasantly surprised when she did not and instead said in a reasuring tone "I'll take care of it right now, Sir". She validated the ticket and told me to take it to the station I came from (Embarcadero) for a full credit. All the while, she was still maintaining that pleasant and may I say SEXY smile. As I walked away, we waved at each other until I'd reached the sidewalk about the station. I could have kicked myself for not walking back to the booth to chat with her some more, but there were two other employees in the booth (including I think the burly, surly, grumpy, unattractive usual SA I see there) and I didn't want to get the nice SA in trouble.

All BART S/A's should take a cue from this wonderful S/A working Friday evening at the D/P BART. If anyone here works for BART, please let BART know about this SA and the excellent job she does helping customers. On Monday, I will try to get her name so I can formally commend her. Hopefully, she'll be there Monday night and I can thank her again for being so pleasant and making my day. I was by far the nicest that ANY BART employee has been to me in the 10 years I've been riding BART. Employees should be that way EVERYDAY towards riders but for whatever reason have gotten away with typical angry confrontational cop-like behavior instead.
