It is a tool to get pressure
It is a tool to get pressure put on the Unions from 2 sides, BART and the public...worked WELL this time round .
It is an imaginary deadline
It is an imaginary deadline imposed when the management wants. They use it to force a strike by the unions, it's a tactic to make it look like the union is making the decision and to pit public opinion against the frontline workers.
It's making BART management
It's making BART management look untrustworthy which I already know they are. But to hear Linton say " I never said the 30th was the deadline" just blew me away. He goes on to say the unions chose that date not BART. Its crazy.
People are so against the
People are so against the workers for whatever reason that they just eat up what Linton says.
