BART already raised
BART already raised fares.
They aren't planning on raising them again any time soon.
MUNI and AC Transit also raised their fares recently.
MUNI and AC Transit are not expanding their tracks.
Why would you assume that BART's fare increases are related to system expansion when other local transit agencies that are NOT expanding also raised their fares?
