SEAT BELTS or 1/2 FARE

Most of the topics on this forum are just about, Oh how are you,Id like BART to go to SAN JOSE, or GEE maybe even MONTERY,CARMEL,but dont ask questions about how to solve the real problems at hand,GEE maybe we could get BART to run its tracks parallel,with this IDIOTIC high speed rail,[that was voted down buy the voters,and the state cant afford it] to L.A. or SAN somewhere down south, the point is by stopping the progress of BART [until BART can pay for it] nothing will change,but for some that is a hard one to swallow being that they live in this bubble world filled with money, just falling from the sky,here just pick some up dont worry there will always be more from where that came from, yes Id like to see BART lay its tracks to the MOON,these people live in a fantasy world, are a lot of the problem, not the answere.
