FEMALE A-A CONCORD STATION AGENT -- YOU ROCKED TODAY! TAKING ON ALL THOSE NASTY A-A DUDES OFF THE BUS

Boy, I couldn't tell who was fighting with whom. I got a great show of exactly what Station Agents put up with. This A-A woman today took on a group of at least 10 A-A dudes all bigger than her. I don't know who was fighting with whom but I was scared to go near the faregates. Despite the way they verbally abused and harrassed her, she won and got rid of them.

When I thought the coast was clear of them, I proceded to enter the gates wherein I was hit by a woman on a bicycle riding through the station; at least she said "sorry honey."

Someone needs to do something about the people that ride those buses. These people that were hassling the station agent weren't even BART people.

Someone also needs to watch that handicapped elevator at Concord. I see people going down in it and not paying their fares.
