BART does not offer Concierge services!

To the dumbaass lady ar the Orinda station today... FYI BART does not offer Concierge services!

This dumbass patron bought a ticket and went up to the platform which was what she was suppose to do. The problem was she called me via courtesy phone in the booth and said, " Where's my luggage?" I said," I don't know." She then said, " Well, I left it outside of your booth. Aren't you gonna bring it up?" My first response, "HELL NO.. you better come get it your damn self!" but instead i said, " I'm sorry ma'am, but BART does not offer curbside assistance or concierge services so you will need to come back down and get your luggage." The chick had the nerve to get mad!

That's when you should leave

That's when you should leave the booth to go on a break, refill the brochures, check the machines or parking lot and hope it gets stolen. Do that at the airport and see what happens...

Ooh you should have locked up the booth, brought her bags, and told her it was a $100 service fee. If she didn't want to pay tell her that you'd keep the luggage until she did!

Yea dude, you should listen to TreoBART! Although maybe not have the fee so steep, maybe $35 bucks. At the very least it can be counted as additional general revenue!
