Tai Chi at Lake Merritt?
Has anyone seen people practicing Tai Chi (I assume) at Lake Merritt? I see them in the mornings on the way to SF. I even saw them today Saturday. Does anyone have any info on who they are?

The plaza at Lake Merritt
The plaza at Lake Merritt BART Station attracted upwards to 150 followers of Tai Chi and other martial arts (I've seen swords and fans). When BART announced that the plaza would be closed due to the deconstruction of the administration building, the group moved over to Madison Square - after the City of Oakland Park & Recreation did a major clean-up of the site. Young and old are out there in good weather or bad exercising.
