Get yer ass on the train!
Its commute time; people are stacking in the middle cars, lollygagging, looking for an open seat, and guess what?
I shut the doors on yer ass...why? Because you're holding the whole train up! I don't care that you bought a ticket, I gotta get this thing to stations on time. People wanna get home and I'm not waiting for you to pick a seat.
Be courteous to your fellow commuters people, get on the train when the doors open, put some haste in your step and....get on the damn train! Don't strut, pimp, google in the windows for the chicks, just walk thru the open doors.
If your ass isn't on the train the train when the doors close...you didn't wanna go.

This applies to a lot more aspects in life. I HATE it when people are indecisive. When you're walking, pick where you want to go and go there. When you're driving, decide on which lane/turn/exit you want and move there! Etc.

I've seen even worse passenger behavior on CalTrain: Once when I commuted on CalTrain, we stopped at Palo Alto on a Friday afternoon and waited because a woman begged the conductor to hold the train while her friend hurried to the station.
We waited...and waited...and waited.
Eventually, her friend came leisurely waddling across the platform, chatting on her cell phone.
She strolled the entire length of the station, stopping at each car to see if her friend was in it. Eventually, she found the right car and boarded.
Then she treated us all to her half of her foul-mouthed phone conversation.
Later, when the conductor checked tickets, he discovered neither of these two women had a ticket.
Fortunately, the day was saved when I watched the conductor slap $250 citations on their fat asses for fare evasion.
