I'm thankful that I reverse commute. I don't have to deal with that hassle in either direction.

one of these days BART will have to confront a majpor route revision. When I come east from SF late evenings, as I will tonight, a long train is needed only as far as 12th or Macarthur. Once the Berkeley Oakland riders are off, a four or five car train further east would still have seats fotr all. Their IS a real cost in both energy and extra maintenance related to running empty cars to PBG.
