AGAIN? WTF BART?

What was up with this morning's commute? Two minute reminders that there was no direct train to Richmond, but to transfer at Bayfair instead. Doesn't help if there's no SF/DC train coming to bring people to Bayfair!

I only caught an explanation by listening very carefully about a out of service train at Fremont. Once. No other announcements, nothing on the overhead boards.

AND to top it off, one of the escalators at Montgomery was out of service. Why the heck wasn't the "up" escalator reversed to go in the other direction? It was a huge mass of people going down a very narrow flight of stairs.

Honestly. Someone sneezes and BART goes into a coma.
