most outlandish thing I've seen on BART

You've probably seen worse, but this is my topper.

Back when I first started taking BART to/from work I'd take the 3:50ish train from Richmond back towards Fremont. I tended to doze off between Richmond and Del Norte.

One day, I wake up to the "click" of a lighter and a "sssssssuuuuusssssst!" noise.

I look across the aisle and a bohemian gentleman employed by the underground economy has a blowtorch lighter beneath a "dish" made from aluminum foil. In his mouth is a rolled up dollar bill. "click" goes the lighter, "sssssuuusssssT!" he goes as he inhales the fumes from his tinfoil cup.

Was it meth or crack? I didn't care, I was outta that car fast. All in full view of the cameras.

Yes yes, I should have alerted the T.O., but I didn't at the time. I was a little too surprised to think about it at the time. It was pretty brazen.
