WTF? FIX THE CLIMATE CONTROLS
Look, I have bitched and moaned directly to BART about this "hot/car" problem for a long time now, and the shit gets worse. I know it can't be that damn costly to make sure that whatvever generates cool air works properly. I have heard all the excuses from "the cars don't have chillers", to "it's from the doors opening and closing", but it's all bullshit. It'd be like me telling computer users at work "your computer is slow because you use it every day"; what kind of BS line is that?
Why do some cars blow cold air, and others blow warm air?

I've got one. Car 6312 (those were the digits, and I think I have the order right) on the PBP line yesterday evening around 6pm. We were stuffed into a very hot sardine can. The T/O announced she would "let a technician know."
