Concord Station Overheads Dismal

The overhead speakers at Concord station are ridiculously quiet, such that even when there are no trains in the station, it is impossible to hear any announcements made, including estimated arrival times.

When a train is in the station or approaching, unless you are directly under the poorly-placed speakers, you would not be able to tell via the announcements. This seems to be a problem for people with visual difficulties, I would imagine.

Isn't there a way to turn up the volume? Also, there aren't any speakers outside of the covered platform areas. A similar problem exists at the Pleasant Hill station as well.

Does anyone know who can address these issues?

I'm sure no one actually read

I'm sure no one actually read it here, but somehow they fixed the Concord PA overheads on the platform. Much nicer to be able to hear the announcements now!
