Did that dude just get mugged?

I was waiting for my train at Civic Center today and the Richmond train pulled up. I heard a thump and looked, and there was a guy on the floor and a dude in a black hoodie grabbing under the seat and standing up.He took off out the door and up the stairs. Guy on the train didn't yell or even get off the train so I have no idea what exactly happened.

Apparently my reflexes are faulty cuz when the adrenaline cleared I was leaning towards the stairs the hoodie dude ran towards. I hope the dude on the train is OK and didn't lose anything.
