Here is the s#!t we have to deal with!

Alright, most of the suspects we have to deal with are dumbasses but this one is worthy of BARTRAGE...

Tonight dumbass of the day picks up the 911 call box on the 4th floor of the Fruitvale parking structure and proceeds to tell the dispatcher he can't figure out how to get down.

Now it's a good thing I am not a dispatcher because I would tell him the fastest way down is to JUMP or DRIVE HIS CAR OFF THE TOP! The only problem is, I would have to clean up the mess and spend the rest of the night typing the report on the computer.

Not knowing exactly how to direct dumbass out of the structure, the dispatcher calls the beat unit because the dispatcher doesn't know the layout of the structure. Beat officer advises the dispatcher to tell him drive clockwise down the ramps. However there is two problems... we are dealing with a dumbass and the down ramps didn't seem to register as the way out. So dumbass hangs up and we think it's a joke.

Not so fast, he calls back moments later still unable to figure out that down is down. Next thing I know, an officer is being dispatched there to help this guy. For crying out loud... Don't you know we have more important things to do. There are several old ladies out there I need to help across the street.

If we were living in the wild, dumbasses like this would be eaten!
