Bart Pedicure

So, I'm taking BART into SF ( from El Cerrito Plaza ) around 11:10am. While on the train I hear a little clicking sound, when I look to my right to see where it is coming from, what do I see??
A Bart Pedicure in action!
Yes another toe-clipper (and I got pictures!).
From now on BP stands for Bart Pedicure instead of Bart Police.

I think she saw me taking the last photos cause she moved to another seat as I was finishing my photo-shoot.
Yeah, it's tough being on
Yeah, it's tough being on the down low when taking pics. This past weekend I got a htc hermes (att 8525) and the cam is great and everything, but not as stealthy as my HTC Blue Angel PDA.

Is toenail chopping legal on
Is toenail chopping legal on the BART trains? I'm sure she left her discarded toenail chunks in front of the seat...
Yup, there was no effort to
Yup, there was no effort to cleanup, I even saw them on the floor as a I stood up to depart.
( I would have taken additional pictures but I didn't think they would show up in the image )
It's even more disturbing
It's even more disturbing (as if the nail clipping isn't bad enought) that she wasn't even wearing sandals when she did it. She took her smelly sweaty - no sock in tennis shoe - feet out of her smelly shoes and cut her toenails where someone else would have to sit later. Where did she keep her nail cutters? On a chain around her neck?!
...and yes, she placed her
...and yes, she placed her bare feet on the "carpet" (or shall I say "floor compost") as she switched feed.
