Employees worth commending

cmon guys, its really not that hard. today i citizens arrested someone for pissing on the platform. and you know what? it just put me about 10 minutes behind schedule.

guy pissed, i used the white phone to call the agent, but at that very moment it just happened a bart cop was walking on the platform. i flagged him down, he cited the guy, i filled out the little pink card, and was on my way.

thanks to bpd for being right there and taking immediate action when i flagged him down. i wish more people would do that kinda stuff because i bet if more people were citzens arrested for doing stupid shit like pissing in public they'd think twice, and maybe it might smell a little nicer down there.

Some years ago, I caught a guy exposing himself on the pretext of urinating in the trash can at 24th St. I flagged down a System Service worker who scolded the guy and that was the end of it. Oh, well. Since the BART employee saw the guy, they didn't need me to hang around for a cop but it was clear nothing more was going to happen and it was too late for me to be at 24th St. by myself waiting for the police.
