To the Jackasses on BART yesterday morning
To the jackass on BART who opened the doors of the train and left the car, if I find out who you are, I'm going to kick the living shit out of you. You almost caused my death and the death of hundreds of others who were forced to walk back thru a dangerous, dark, smoke-filled tunnel. The conductor was getting ready to reverse, you fricking moron, when you pulled your assclown stunt. It was WAY too early to exit the train, jackass. I would've been the first one banging down the door...WHEN THE SITUATION WARRANTED. A solution was still there to be found before you got your hair-brained idea. The next time, think with your head, not with your ass. And, I'm also not excusing the idiot conductor who LEFT THE TRAIN to "try to put the fire out". If you had been consumed with smoke inhalation, WTF were the rest of us supposed to do?
Not one single time did BART
Not one single time did BART announce there was a bus bridge to take us to San Francisco during this mess. Yeah, I hope someone kicks the living crap out of that moron and I hope BART management is frigging fired for letting trash pile up in the tunnel. When I finally got to the City after sitting on BART for 1.5 hours only to find out this fire started over trash in the tunnel, I was pissed. BART Police won't enforce any of the rules so these pigs litter all over the place and then BART management lays everyone off so there are no maintenance people to pick this crap up.
Last night I had to ride home with some guy looking like he had bed bugs itching himself all over the car for 45 minutes straight. He was definitely under the influence of some sort of drug and looked like he could go off in an instant. The seats in this car look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I'M ABOUT READY TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. BART Police should be on the trains walking back and forth throwing people like this OFF!

When,if, it does, you know it will be spread all over BART, beacuse eventually, someone will ride the BART with a chicken or duck one of these days.

The BART Police can't throw
The BART Police can't throw someone off of a train for that! The Civil Code gives BART the right to ask for your ticket at any time and eject you from the BART system for NOT CONFORMING TO THE REGULATIONS (laws). Itching yourself, although it sounds really gross, it not a violation of any laws.
The only way BART Police can eject this person is if they don't have a valid BART ticket.
Imagine what kind of lawsuit BART would get hit with if they ejected someone because they had a skin rash. Use some common sense.

True, BART Police can only issue citations for eating (but only if they see it or someone signs a citizen's arrest form), but not scratching or being smelly. It's the constitution.
