BART Cars Begin Showing Updated Route Map

The car I was on this evening, 1843, had a new sticker on the route map, showing the updated route effective 9/14/09. I walked to a few other cars, but none of them had this updated sticker yet.

Maybe I completely missed it (quite possible), but I haven't seen much/any press on these schedule changes.

The effective changes:

  • Elimination of the weekend/evening service on the Dublin/Pleasanton line beyond Daly City
  • On weekends and evenings (i.e., when Richmond trains stop at Daly City), Pittsburg/Bay Point line would route San Bruno -> SFO -> Millbrae
