For a long time riders have been waiting for something like this maybe the greatest idea yet, are you tired of the rattling,and being jostled around cant carry on a conversation while on BART? How about a nice smooth ride? Thats right [RUBBER WHEELS], all this undue movement is causing wear and tear on the equiptment and then they have to raise fares to pay for the repairs, [RUBBER WHEELS] would correct this problem and then Bart could afford to pipe in some soft music to sooth the nerves of the weary riders,[some elevator music would be nice].

I just wounder if you look real close that the problems regarding BART trying to over extend itself in the bay area is being that he is running for govenor HA,HA,HA, you think this state has troubles now if he is elected, well I dont even want to think about it. but I think if you look into things a little closer GAVIN NEWSOM will be right in the middle of it. I think he wants to be known a the mayor that could and did.

Should BART still be EXPANDING even though they cannot afford it?

Does anyone know why, any one with a clear mind know why and is not being led around by the nose with a ring in it,why with all the BART raising fares, that standing riders should not have to pay full fare, but half fare?, if you take other forms of transportation like [airplanes, long distance buses, taxis,even golf carts dont let you stand,Oh I know public trans in other parts of the world, pack you in like sardines, and believe me they appreciate it, but I thought this is still, the U.S.A., at least at the moment it is. Why do these BA--FOONS still compare this country with others?

Seems, to me BART should not extend itself to other parts of the bay area until it can reduce its deficit enough to justify its expenses. BART, keeps expanding, cutting down on cars, raising fares Where do they get the funds for expansion if they have no money? Also it was also mentioned that public transportation is a never ending losing money entity, why is BART at especialy at time like this they are spending money that they dont have,it seems like its like a steam engine just keep shoveling coal never ending.

Who owns BART? If its receiving public assistance should the tax payers get a vote as to raising fares,new extensions ? because they are steadily losing money. Should they even be in business?
